Global Strategy & Capital Allocation

Global Strategy & Capital Allocation leads and implements Liberty Mutual’s General Account investment strategy. Serving as the Office of the CIO, the team oversees mandate and IC governance, sets the allocation framework, and deploys capital to balance resilience, liquidity, regulatory requirements, and enterprise priorities. The team partners across the enterprise on long-term strategy, M&A, and affiliated portfolio management, in addition to managing specialty portfolios including tax-credit investments, COLI, and the Liberty Pension.
